LambdaWorx Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-19

Last updated: 2026-05-19

Version: 1.0.0

This is the corporate privacy policy for LambdaWorx LLC — the company and its AIE platform. If you are a TuneView user looking for how your tune files and log data are handled, see the TuneView Product Privacy Policy →

LambdaWorx LLC builds software and AI systems for tech-underserved industries. This policy covers LambdaWorx as a company — our practices around the data we handle across all products and research activities, including the Active Intelligence Engine (AIE).

1. LambdaWorx and Its Products

LambdaWorx LLC is a Delaware LLC. Our current products include:

  • TuneView — a platform for GM Gen V tune review, datalog analysis, and intake diagnostics. Covered by the TuneView Privacy Policy.
  • AIE (Active Intelligence Engine) — the shared AI platform that powers diagnostic and analytical features across LambdaWorx products.

Future products will each have product-specific policy addenda. This document covers what is true at the LambdaWorx level regardless of which product you use.

2. Data LambdaWorx Collects at the Company Level

2.1 Business Operations

We collect information needed to operate our business:

  • Contact information for business inquiries and contracts
  • Payment and billing information for paid services (processed by Stripe or equivalent; we do not store raw card data)
  • Communications with partners, shops, and enterprise customers
  • Legal and compliance records as required by law

2.2 Research and Knowledge Base

LambdaWorx compiles a calibration knowledge base (KB) to train and evaluate AIE models. Sources include:

  • Public sources — technical forums, OEM documentation, published calibration guides. These are publicly available and not personally identifiable.
  • Partner-contributed data — anonymized or licensed datasets contributed by tuning shops and research partners under data licensing agreements.
  • Internally generated data — diagnostic patterns and model outputs generated during product development and testing.

We do not incorporate identifiable user data from TuneView into the KB without explicit consent or a formal data licensing agreement.

2.3 AIE Training Data

The AIE learns from structured data about vehicle calibration, engine behavior, and diagnostic patterns. How we handle training data:

  • Training data is sourced from public technical literature and contracted partner datasets — not from individual user uploads without agreement.
  • Any user-contributed training data is covered by the relevant product policy (e.g., TuneView Privacy Policy §4) and governed by explicit license terms.
  • LambdaWorx retains trained model weights. Once data is incorporated into a trained model, it cannot be surgically removed — this is a fundamental constraint of current AI systems. We are transparent about this limitation.

3. How LambdaWorx Uses Data

LambdaWorx does not sell data. We do not use data for behavioral advertising.

4. Partner and Researcher Data Agreements

Organizations that contribute data to the KB or AIE training under a data licensing agreement are governed by the terms of that agreement. Those agreements supersede this policy where they are more specific.

If your organization is interested in a data licensing or research partnership, contact [email protected].

Our security practices as a company:

  • All data in transit is encrypted with TLS.
  • Data at rest is encrypted at the storage layer.
  • Access to production systems is restricted to LambdaWorx engineers with a documented need.
  • We do not hold SOC 2 certification. We operate as a small, responsible team — not a certified enterprise. We will disclose this honestly to prospective enterprise customers.
  • In the event of a security incident involving personal data, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable law and as a matter of good practice.
